Mr Mike Pescod Chairman of the Fort William Mountain Festival holding the Scottish Award for Excellence in Mountain Culture which this year was awarded to Dr Adam Watson,biologist,ecologist,mountaineer,author and defender of the environment who became the fifth recipient of this prestigise award but unfortunately was not well enough to attend in person.
